Family Support

At Chorlton Park, we pride ourselves on our supportive community.  You can ask any member of staff for help but we also have a dedicated Family Support Team.  They are available for all kinds of support to parents who may need help for the whole family:  they are available to offer an Early Help Agreement if required; this a voluntary service where parents take the lead in what support services are required.  The team  will link up with other professionals to get you the support needed at that time e.g. housing connect, Sure Start, health services. Please take a look at the Early Help Brochure.

Our Parent Support Adviser Mrs Beeching is always happy to support, contact her through the office or on 0161 8811621

We also have a number of parent volunteers in school who help out with reading, trips etc.  If you are interested, please let us know.

We have a termly parent meet where you can come along and meet other parents and share your ideas for school improvement and gain more insight into the school Community and learning.

Please do not hesitate to contact the team if you require support on any of the following:

  • Housing advice
  • Benefit support
  • Sleep routines
  • Behaviour support
